Collaborative Behavioral HealthCare-The collaborative care model (CoCM) offers one approach to integration in which primary care providers, care managers, and psychiatric consultants work together to provide care and monitor patients' progress. 

 Integrative Behavioral Health (IBH)- IBH has been defined as “the care that results from a practice team of primary care and behavioral health clinicians, working together with patients and families, using a systematic and cost-effective approach to provide patient-centered care for a defined population. 

Psychoeducation and Resources Consultations-Camellia Burton offers consultation to family members who are concerned about the mental health of a loved one. Usually this occurs when the person is reluctant or declines to come in for treatment themselves. This consultation is not a health care service, and may not be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. The purpose of the consultation is to provide general psychoeducation about mental health issues and to give resources that may be relevant to the loved one’s condition. Discussion may include mental health diagnosis’, symptoms, treatments, concerns, community resources, and laws and regulations about mental health care. Limitations: Camellia Burton will not be able to diagnose or provide treatment during the consultation. Usually this is a one-time consultation. By engaging in a consultation, Camellia Burton assumes no responsibility for the mental health care or treatment of the person of concern, or of the family members who attend. Procedure: Upon reaching out to Camellia Burton and a consultation date scheduled, the family agrees to provide a written summary of their concerns, observations, and initial goals for the consultation. This shall be sent prior to the date of the consultation. The family should not use the person’s full name in the summary, instead please use their initials only to protect their privacy.
